friend, Sigmund Strochlitz, a survivor of Auschwitz, asked this question when
it became clear to him that "the world" was forgetting the Holocaust.
When Sigmund passed away, the activist Ellie Wiesel attended his funeral. | | | If
It Never Happened, Then Where Did They All Go? | Not
so long ago, in Nazi occupied Europe, a Holocaust happened, yes it happened. Millions
of Jews, handicapped, and Gypsies, and other "undesirables"... all murdered.
Systematically eliminated. They just didn't disappear. The Nazis deemed them
unfit to live, Yes it happened, hard to believe today. We must never forget
the Holocaust. | | | |
